How much easier would your life be? Getting to that place of emotional freedom is what I’ve helped my students and clients with over the past 20+ years.
How? Yoga and meditation, Ayurvedic medicine, energy-based coaching and conscious dancing. Why those modalities? Because that’s what’s helped me break free from stress and anxiety, what I’ve studied for many years, what I believe in.
My approach to healing is rooted in the belief that we are physical, emotional and spiritual beings. As a coach, Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher and forever dancer I have a thorough knowledge of each layer and how they affect one another. Almost always anxiety originates in the subtle body, with the way we think, an inability to unwind or lack of connection to a higher purpose. By pro-actively cultivating calmness, tuning-in and addressing sub-optimal beliefs, the usual triggers will lose their power. Should you feel triggered, the calmness you’ve cultivated will help you stay present with unsettling feelings and allow them to pass. Because they always do.
