Avoiding people, places or things to avoid triggering anxiety is not sustainable. Is it even possible? Life happens. What if instead you could cultivate a state of being immune to anxiety? My approach to healing anxiety is rooted in the belief that we create from the inside out, based on our state of consciousness, itself an expression of the thoughts and beliefs dominant in our mind. And basically they either work for us or they don’t! Some thoughts/beliefs support a relaxed state, some will invite anxiety. As a Core Energy™ coach, Ayurvedic educator, yoga/meditation teacher and Shake Your Soul® facilitator my job is twofold. First I will help you uncover what’s really causing you to feel anxious (and no it’s never something or someone!) Together we’ll expose the filters (i.e beliefs) you’ve been seeing yourself and your life through, that do not support your emotional well-being. But “mind work” is not enough. A calm mind can only thrive in a relaxed body. The anxious person’s nervous system needs massive soothing and replenishing, as well as a being anchored in who they really are (i.e. not your symptoms). Yogic relaxation, breathing and mindfulness practices are uniquely equipped to help with that. Once you’ve reset your mind, body and spirit in that way, you’ll experience a newfound emotional freedom. Taking action to see your cherished dreams come to life will be easy.
