Get Calm, Clear, and Connected

1-on-1 energy coaching for women who suffer from anxiety. For 3 months, a season if you will, we’ll partner together. I’ll support you in accessing a new way of being: calm and centered in all situations. As you learn to relax deeply and reconnect to who you really are (not your symptoms), you’ll feel empowered in your capacity to create and sustain a stress-free, anxiety-free life.

CALM: a calm nervous system is the antidote to anxiety and a pre-requisite for restorative sleep, emotional balance and a healthy immune system.

CLEAR: a clear mind is a must to keep everything in perspective. Perspective, the ability to witness “what is”, is the #1 way to keep stress and anxiety at bay.

CONNECTED: when you feel connected to your true self (Soul, Divine Essence, Higher Power—call it what you will) you have unlimited access to intuitive guidance, joy, and a deep sense of “flowing with life”.

We will do outstanding work together if:

  • You feel stressed and anxious more often than not.
  • You don’t sleep well, you’re tired.
  • You often feel overwhelmed with too much to do and not enough time or energy to do it.
  • It’s been a while since you last felt high on life.
  • You’re ready to prioritize your well-being and know that if you don’t feel good first, nothing you are, have or achieve will ever satisfy you.
  • You’ve learned that there’s more to feeling (and looking) good than healthy eating and regular exercise.
  • You’re ready to look at how your mind works and how your own thoughts/beliefs could be sabotaging your emotional health.
  • You’re confused about all the conflicting information from the “experts” on how to meditate, eat, get better sleep. You’re ready to….
  • Make empowered choices for yourself, guided from within.
  • You’re ready to invest in your well-being because you know you can only enjoy your life to the degree that you feel good within yourself.

When do you want to get started?

How is the program structured?

  • We partner together for 3 months, meeting once a week on the phone (or Skype). Skipping a week or two is OK, any more than that is counterproductive. Building momentum is key for you to shift into higher wellbeing.
  • If you are in NYC we will meet 3 times in person and 9 times on the phone. If you are outside of NYC we’ll meet 12 times on the phone. My fees vary accordingly.
  • We keep in touch via emails between sessions.

What happens from week to week?

Your unique psycho-physical profile and specific needs will inform our work together, the directions we take, the tools I choose to use with you. Over 12 weeks we will work closely to address sub-optimal habits you have that are keeping you stuck in stress and anxiety. I’ll coach you on finding a calm, centered state, a state increasingly immune to anxiety. You’ll be empowered with new self-care habits to support your new consciousness and anxiety-free living. Overtime those new habits will serve as an anchor and a platform for you to blossom in all areas of your life. They will continue to deliver well beyond our time together.

  • Prior to our first session you fill out an in-depth health intake and constitutional test. This provides me with a better understanding of your health history, current concerns and unique Ayurvedic mind-body type, in order to best tailor my coaching.
  • During our first session, we review your health intake, as well as establish some clear goals for your health and well-being.
  • Each session begins with a centering practiceThen you talk and I listen. Whatever’s going on with you that day—in that moment—is generally the most relevant entry point to your state of being. Quickly we’ll figure out how I can best support you that day, keeping in mind your overarching goals.
  • At the end of each session: you have measurable and specific steps to take that week to make your goals a reality. And of course I’ll keep you accountable.
  • In between sessions: We keep in touch. I’m there to support you whenever you encounter a resistance or have a question. Email me anytime, I will answer within 12-36 hours.
