Get Calm, Clear, and Connected

1-on-1 self-care coaching for women who suffer from stress and anxiety, suited to your unique mind-body constitution. We’ll partner together over 3 months, during which I’ll support you in accessing a new way of being, calm and centered in all situations. As you learn to relax deeply and reconnect to who you really are (not your symptoms!), you’ll feel empowered in your capacity to create and sustain a stress-free, anxiety-free life.

CALM: a calm nervous system is the antidote to stress and a pre-requisite for restorative sleep, emotional balance and a healthy immune system.

CLEAR: a clear mind is a must to keep everything in perspective. Perspective, and the ability to witness what is, is the #1 way to keep stress and anxiety at bay.

CONNECTED: when you feel connected to your true self (Soul, Divine Essence, Higher Power—call it what you will) you have unlimited access to intuitive guidance, joy, and a deep sense of “flowing with life”.

We will do outstanding work together if:

  • You feel stressed and anxious most of the time.
  • You don’t sleep well, you’re tired.
  • You are overwhelmed with too much to do yet never have enough time or energy to do it.
  • It’s been a while since you last felt joyous and excited about life.
  • You’re ready to prioritize your well-being and know that if you don’t feel good first, nothing you are, have or achieve will ever satisfy you.
  • You’ve learned that there’s more to feeling (and looking) good than healthy eating and regular exercise.
  • You’re sensing that the way you think has a lot to do with your stress level. You are ready to take a closer look at how your mind works.
  • You’re confused about all the conflicting information from the “experts” on how to meditate, eat, get better sleep. You’re ready to….
  • Make empowered choices for yourself, guided from within.
  • You’re ready to invest in your well-being because you know you can only enjoy your life to the degree that you feel good within yourself.

When do you want to get started?

How is the program structured?

  • We meet once a week for 12 consecutive weeks. Skipping a week or two is OK, any more than that is counterproductive. Building momentum is key for you to shift into higher wellbeing.
  • If you are in NYC we will meet 3 times in person and 9 times on the phone. If you are outside of NYC we’ll meet 12 times on the phone. My fees vary accordingly.
  • Each virtual session is 50 minutes; in-person sessions are 90 minutes.

What happens from week to week?

Your goals, current challenges and personal preferences are always central to our work together. We will work closely for 12 weeks, during which you’ll learn how to cultivate a calm, centered state immune to stress and anxiety. The self-care habits you put in place will serve as an anchor and a platform for you to blossom in all areas of your life. They will continue to deliver well beyond our work together.

  • Prior to our first session you will fill out an in-depth health intake and constitutional test. This will provide me with a better understanding of your health history, current concerns and unique Ayurvedic mind-body type, in order to best tailor my coaching.
  • During our first session, we will review your health intake, as well as establish some clear health and wellness goals.
  • Each session begins with a centering practiceThen you talk and I listen. Whatever’s going on with you that day—in that moment—is generally the most relevant entry point to your state of being. I act as your guide, your sounding board, your support system, and (when necessary) your tough love dispenser.
  • At the end of each session: you will have clarity on the steps you need to take to make your wellness goals a reality. You can count on me to keep you accountable!
  • In between sessions: I am available for support. Email me with any questions and I will answer within 12-36 hours.

  • Core Energy Coaching.
  • Ayurvedic Medicine.
  • Ananda meditation and mindfulness practices.
  • Breathwork.
  • Hatha Yoga, tailored to your Ayurvedic mind-body type
  • Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), Progressive Muscle Relaxation techniques.
  • Emotional clearing processes.
  • Massage Therapy and Reiki (for those living in NYC)
