1-on-1 self-care coaching for women who suffer from stress and anxiety, suited to your unique mind-body constitution. We’ll partner together over 3 months, during which I’ll support you in accessing a new way of being, calm and centered in all situations. As you learn to relax deeply and reconnect to who you really are (not your symptoms!), you’ll feel empowered in your capacity to create and sustain a stress-free, anxiety-free life.
CALM: a calm nervous system is the antidote to stress and a pre-requisite for restorative sleep, emotional balance and a healthy immune system.
CLEAR: a clear mind is a must to keep everything in perspective. Perspective, and the ability to witness what is, is the #1 way to keep stress and anxiety at bay.
CONNECTED: when you feel connected to your true self (Soul, Divine Essence, Higher Power—call it what you will) you have unlimited access to intuitive guidance, joy, and a deep sense of “flowing with life”.
Your goals, current challenges and personal preferences are always central to our work together. We will work closely for 12 weeks, during which you’ll learn how to cultivate a calm, centered state immune to stress and anxiety. The self-care habits you put in place will serve as an anchor and a platform for you to blossom in all areas of your life. They will continue to deliver well beyond our work together.
