1-on-1 energy coaching for women who suffer from anxiety. For 3 months, a season if you will, I’ll support you in accessing a new way of being: calm and centered in all situations. As you learn to relax deeply and reconnect to who you really are (not your symptoms), you’ll feel empowered in your capacity to create and sustain a stress-free, anxiety-free life.
CALM: a calm nervous system is the antidote to anxiety and a pre-requisite for restorative sleep, emotional balance and a healthy immune system.
CLEAR: a clear mind is a must to keep everything in perspective. Perspective and the ability to stay present with “what is” are essential to keep stress and anxiety at bay.
CONNECTED: when you feel connected to your true self (Soul, Divine Essence, Higher Power—call it what you will) you have unlimited access to intuitive guidance, joy, and a deep sense of “flowing with life”.
Your unique psycho-physical profile and needs will inform our work together, the directions we take, the tools we play with. During 3 months we’ll work closely to address the sub-optimal habits that have been keeping you stuck in stress and anxiety. I’ll coach you on how to find a calm, centered state, a state increasingly immune to anxiety. You’ll learn new self-care habits to support your new consciousness and anxiety-free living. A lot of those come from the ancient and oh-so-wise Yoga and Ayurveda traditions. Overtime those new habits will serve as an anchor and a platform for you to blossom in all areas of your life. They will continue to deliver well beyond our time together.
