Private Instruction in Hatha Yoga & Meditation

Why hatha yoga AND meditation? Because the TWO are actually ONE. Traditionally, the goal of yoga postures is to prepare the body and mind to sit in quiet meditation—to go deep within ourselves and tune-in to “who we really are,” to discover our true spiritual essence.

This practice has been known to change lives. It has definitely changed mine. That’s the reason why I have been a passionate teacher of yoga and meditation for close to two decades. Of course on your way to knowing “who you really are” you will reap awesome benefits such as:

Yoga Group Classes

To get a feel for how I teach you can also take one of my group classes at Upper West Side Yoga & Wellness. I teach there on Mondays 7:30pm and Saturdays 9:15am. Check the schedule for updates.
