Traditionally the practice of yoga has included postures, breathing techniques, concentration, relaxation and meditation. When practiced in a well-rounded way the effects of yoga can be life-changing. It has been my experience and that’s why I have been teaching yoga with the same passion for over two decades. That said everyone has different needs and preferences. It is possible to get amazing stress and anxiety-relief from a stand-alone breathing or relaxation practice.

Yoga Group Classes
